Britt has also been invited to perform the National Anthem at the Professional Bull Riders Brendon Clark Invitational on Saturday 31st May at Newcastle Entertainment Centre. This inaugral PBR event will be making its debut in Newcastle on Friday 30th May and Saturday 31st May. Having recently moved home to Newcastle from six years in the US, Catherine is looking forward to performing in her own backyard. There's just really no place like home!," she said. Britt will also be headlining a Live Music Concert at the "new-look" Hexham Bowling Club on Saturday 14th June. After a recent $2 million refurbishment of their venue. Hexham wanted to showcase local talent first in their brand new auditorium. "Who better than Catherine Britt?", said Julie Bain, the Club's Representative. "We also have Newcastle singer/songwriter and recording artist, Troy Kemp, on our first show. We're very proud of both artists." |
